To qualify for our scholarship program, you must demonstrate at least one year of successful business operations, generating revenue, be in a position where you’re ready to take your business to the next level, including hiring contractors, employees and employee delegation capabilities.

Meet your facilitator
Brooke Gordon
Throughout her 20+ year career Brooke Gordon has had a wide range of experiences including: an advisor for start ups and scale ups; co-owner of a web development business; manager leading strategic planning and effecting change; faculty member at McMaster University teaching business strategy ; a management consultant, and national lead for the Women Entrepreneur Strategy at BDC.
Brooke combines her problem solving background with organizational behaviour, communication strategies and human health to focus on what matters most to her clients – developing a clear plan of action to meet their goals without sacrificing their health.
She has a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation, both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Engineering Physics with a patent in semiconductor manufacturing, and is certified as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach.
Brooke is also a weightlifting enthusiast, podcast host and mastermind facilitator, a lifelong learner, and passionate volunteer with Soroptimist International - supporting education and career mentorship for women and girls.

Yes, each micro-lesson has a download with reflections to help you prepare for the peer sessions, however, it is not another fill-in-the blank PDF that takes up space on your hard drive!
You will get micro-lessons in business strategy to help you build your analytical skills, accompanied by practical and tangible ideas for how to apply the concepts to your business!

You will receive a weekly email from the facilitator during the program to support you along this journey and easily access the micro-lessons. The email you use to sign up for the program is the email where you will receive emails from us.

You will receive a welcome email upon sign up with the login to access your membership dashboard where the micro-lessons and meeting information are accessible. The program runs for 8 months and you will have online access to the materials for one additional month after the program completes.
